  • Submission of College dashboard username and password for SAT subjects.
  • Students must pass the Arabic, Religion & National Education exams of Thanweya Amma before or after the final acceptance in the university.
  • Students must submit proof of 12 years of schooling.
  • Students must pass all the required admission tests and other requirements if any.

Attestation:

  • Grade 10, 11 and 12 GPA Certificate from:
    1. The issuing institute.
    2. The General Administration of Exams
    3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Egyptian Embassy at the issuing country
  • SAT/ACT/ EST certificate from:

  • Proof of 12 years of schooling attested from the education department

Other Requirements:

  • Students must have achieved an overall score equivalent to Egyptian Thanweya Amma.
  • The final grade is calculated from the past four years only for five trials at most.
  • Students must pass the Arabic, Religion & National Education exams of Thanweya Amma before or after the final acceptance in the university.
  • Students must submit proof of 12 years of schooling.
  • Students must pass all the required admission tests and other requirements if any.

  2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Egyptian Embassy at the issuing country
  3. The General Administration of Exams
  • Proof of 12 years of schooling attested from the education department
  • Proof of passing the Arabic and Religion Exam attested from the education department. (if the student took Arabic as first language in the OL, he will be exempt from submitting the Arabic exam)

  • A proof of the student and the guardian parent residence in the country of the graduating certificate.

Required Documents during the Application phase:

  • Copy of the Egyptian high school certificate or equivalent Arabian or foreign high school certificate
  • Copy of the birth certificate.
  • Copy of the national ID/ or Passport for non-Egyptian applicants.
  • A Proof of the student’s residence in the country from which the high school certificate was obtained (for students who obtained certificates from outside Egypt).

Required Documents during the Admission phase:

  • Original +  a copy of recent mechanized birth certificate.
  • 2 copies of the national ID for Egyptian students Or 1 copy of the passport for non-Egyptian students.
  • Copy of the student’s guardian National ID.
  • 6 personal photos of the student of size 4 * 6 with white background (student full name should be written at the back of each photo).
  • Form 2 Gond and Form 6 or 7 Gond for male students.
  • A plastic case.
  • Bank receipt of paying the admission fees.
  • Receipt of Medical examination fees.
  • Receipt of the semester tuition fees.
  • Receipt of Administrative fees.
  • Receipt of Military training for male students.
  • Receipt of military education camp fees for male students only, including accommodation and transportation.
  • Receipt of English language placement test fees

To qualify for admission, applicants will take an English placement test  held by the university at AIU campus before the beginning of the semester.

Where do I apply?

The Application can only be conducted online through our website during the announced dates for admission.

Who is eligible to apply?

Students who finished grade 12 or third secondary year can apply. Students currently enrolled in grade 12 or third secondary year can apply, starting from the early admission announced dates.

What is the language of the instruction?

English is the language of instruction.

My secondary school certificate results are not recent. Can I still apply?

Yes, you can apply as per the admission requirements of the year  if you are currently enrolled at another university and passed all the registered courses via transfers application form.

Application from old high school graduates is accepted within two years only of graduation.

Do you accept transfer students?

Yes transferred students are accepted after evaluation, to join the second year in the running academic year, and you have to pass all your previous registered courses.
