Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Essam El kordi, President of Alamein International University, Professor Dr. Hesham Gaber, Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs, and based on AIU’s keenness to create an interactive educational environment for its students, and its interest in providing its students with distinguished practical experiences in their various fields of study, The Faculty of Physical Education for Boys in Abu Qir- Alexandria University hosted students of the third-level biomedical engineering program through a field visit organized by the Faculty of Engineering headed by Prof. Dr. Remon Eskander – Director of Engineering Sciences Programs and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled Tawfiq Mohamed – Lecturer of Biomechanics, Kinetic analysis, and Biomechanics Movement
The visit was received by Professor Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Fattah Zayed – Professor of Biomechanics at the Fcaulty of Physical Education in Abu Qir and Supervisor of the Biomechanics Laboratory at the College. The visit began with a quick and simplified explanation of the laboratory’s contents, including devices and equipment and their functions. This visit comes within the framework of the plan of field and scientific visits for students in order to link the theoretical course with practical application and to sustain the formation of applied concepts about biomechanics in various fields of life and to identify current problems that need imminent solutions in the future through the application of theoretical science, as the policy of AIU deems educational trips and scientific visits as an essential part of the methods of teaching academic courses to broaden students’ horizons and link academic curricula with global applied aspects. At the end of the visit, a souvenir photo was taken for the students with the professors supervising the visit.
