Prof. Dr. Essam ElKordi, President of Alamein International University and Prof. Dr.Hisahm Gaber , Vice President of AIU for Academics and Prof. Dr. Khadija Ismail, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at AIU welcomed on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, Prof. Dr. Fahmy Charle, Emeritus Professor of Health Professional at the Higher Institute of Public Health and consultant to the World Health Organization. The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohamed Ezzat Amin, associate professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy and coordinator of social responsibility activities at the AIU.
Prof. Dr. Essam ElKordi welcomed Prof.Dr. Fahmy Charle and gave an explanation about the university, Faculties, programs, equipment and services it provides to its students. Prof.Dr Charle praised the university, its buildings, equipment, and programs offered by the university to its students, especially Pharmacy, Public Health and Dentistry.
After the meeting,Prof.Dr. Fahmy Charle visited the site of a number of construction companies in the city of Alamein and answered their questions about occupational health safety in construction sites after a detailed presentation on the subject. He also gave a lecture to Pharmacy, Public Health and Dentistry students about the new visions of Public Health in Egyptian society. The visit comes within social responsibility activities that Alamein International University undertakes in its geographical surroundings as a fourth generation university.
