Alamein International University is the first Egyptian University to partner with Coursera and its “Lighthouse Partner” for Ahleya Universities.

Coursera is considered one of the largest online platforms in the world with 4,500+ courses, 355 Specializations, and 1000 guided projects from 170+ leading companies and universities around the world, including courses from employers such as Google, Facebook, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), IBM, and Microsoft.

The partnership provides Alamein International University students with a catalog of 100 selected courses from the international courses available on Coursera, in addition to access to all guided projects. AIU students will be able to enroll in the selected courses and obtain their certificates for free with no additional fees.

The selected courses shall be integrated into AIU curriculum to complement its courses, which will allow university students to obtain a number of international certificates available on the platform during their studies at the university to support their readiness for the labor market upon graduation.
