Alamein International University (AIU) is opening a job opportunity for the following position:
Transportation supervisor
Job Description :
- Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times
- Manage a team of transportation staff, including drivers, dispatchers, and coordinators.
- Handles related complaints and inquiries.
- Ensures that all Buses arrives/leaves the organization according to plan.
- Ensures safety measures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Negotiate contracts with transportation vendors and suppliers
- Develop and manage budgets for transportation operations
- To carry out other requests directed by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Accredited bachelor’s degree.
- Maximum age: 45 years in 1/7/2025
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation management
- Previous experience working as a Transportation/Fleet Manager is a must.
- Good written & spoken English.
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, laws, and industry best practices
- Applicant must hold Egyptian citizenship.
