Biography

Nermeen Elhendy is a Teaching Assistant in the Faculty of Computer Science & Engineering at Alamein International University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics from the Faculty of Computers and Data Science, Alexandria University, with a cumulative GPA of 3.79.

She has professional experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure through roles at The Arab Energy Fund (TAEF) in Riyadh and Fortinet, where she worked on access management, network protection, and threat detection. Nermeen also completed specialized training in AI-driven cybersecurity at the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI), focusing on machine learning applications for intrusion detection and attack simulation.

Her technical expertise includes cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity tools (Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite), and scripting with Python for automation and data analysis. She holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, including Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and INE Certified Cloud Associate
