Biography

Mohamed Elredeny is a Teaching Assistant at Alamein International University (AIU), where he actively contributes to academic development, research mentorship, and institutional innovation. He is responsible for leading the AIU ICPC Community, mentoring students in competitive programming, guiding them in research, and supporting them in shaping their future careers through personalized academic and professional guidance.

In his administrative and technical role, Mohamed has automated manual processes related to the ABET accreditation system, improving efficiency and compliance with international academic standards.

He has proudly represented his students on an international stage at the IEEE Global Conference in Dubai, where they presented their research paper titled “CampuScout: AIoT-Powered Guide for University Campus Exploration.” In recognition of his dedication, Mohamed was honored with the AIU Champion Award for Fall 2024.

As an educator, Mohamed teaches across both Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence domains. His teaching portfolio includes:

  • Artificial Intelligence & Related Courses: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Neural Networks, Artificial Intelligence, and AI-Based Systems.
  • Software Engineering & Computer Science: Software Engineering, Advanced Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Design, Structured Programming, and Object-Oriented Programming.
  • Information Security: Security of Information Systems and Cryptography.

Through his teaching, mentorship, research supervision, and technical contributions, Mohamed continues to empower students, enhance academic processes, and strengthen AIU’s presence both locally and internationally.
