Ahmed Massoud is a Teaching Assistant of Molecular Biotechnology with a distinguished academic and professional profile. He earned his B.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from Alexandria University in 2019, graduating as the top-ranked student in his class. He was awarded the prestigious “Scientists for Next Generation” master’s degree grant by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology to further his studies in molecular biology.

Ahmed has taught a diverse range of courses, including Biology 1 (Anatomy and Cell Biology), Biology 2 (Histology and Physiology), Vertebrates, Cell & Molecular Biology (For Biomedical Engineering Program students at the Faculty of Engineering), Introduction to Biotechnology, Molecular Biology I, and Bioinformatics. He also provides academic supervision to faculty students, supporting their educational and research development.

In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Ahmed is a member of several key committees at the Faculty of Science, including Academic Advising, Quality Assurance and Accreditation, Instruments and Labs Preparation, Study and Exams Timetables, Educational Process (student attendance and extracurricular activities), Coursera, Exams Supervision and Control, and Reporting and Events Documentation Committees.

Ahmed is not only academic but also passionate about mentoring and community service. He has founded an online platform to assist job seekers and graduates and volunteered in educational and charity programs.
