Abdullah Amr is a biotechnologist and science communicator specializing in molecular biology, with expertise in research, education, and public engagement. Graduating with an honor degree in biotechnology from Misr University for Science and Technology, currently a Teaching Assistant at Alamein International University, utilizing innovative teaching methods to advance biotechnology education.
Professional experience includes roles in research and diagnostic laboratories, where impactful training programs and presentations supported academic and professional development. A significant contribution to science communication involved leading BU’s Science Communication and Journalism Committee at Zewail City for Science and Technology, driving strategic initiatives to enhance scientific communication and public engagement. Engagements include delivering lectures for the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Model at multiple universities and contributing as a speaker at conferences and events, with sessions tailored for diverse audiences to highlight cutting-edge research and its practical applications.
Recognized for academic excellence with the outstanding academic achievement award from MUST University and honored as a guest speaker at numerous events.
