Environmental, Health& Safety Technician

Job Description :

  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Inspect facilities, equipment, and operations to identify potential safety hazards
  • Provide safety training to employees and management on a regular basis
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans
  • Monitor safety performance in the workplace and provide feedback to employees and management
  • Maintain safety records and documentation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records and documentation.
  • Coordinate emergency drills and exercises.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or Technical High School degree. 
  • 5+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in facility management 
  • Maximum age should not exceed 35 years in 1/7/2025.
  • OSHA certificate is a must.
  • Firefighting, first aid training is a plus. 
  • Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, and OSHA) is preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing HSE programs in universities, or related activities.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Applicant must hold Egyptian citizenship. 

Assessment Method:

Short listed candidates will be invited for interview and exams.
