إجراءات قبول طلاب فصل الخريف 2023:

– ستصلك رسالة على الايميل المستخدم فى التقديم للجامعة بالموعد المحدد لتقديم المستندات بمقر الجامعة و يرجى الالتزام بالموعد

– يتوجب اتباع الاجراءات التالية لتحويل القبول المبدئى الى قبول نهائى بالجامعة:

1 –  تسليم المستندات التالية بمكتب القبول والتسجيل بمقر جامعة العلمين الدولية (داخل حافظة بلاستيكية بكبسولة)  مبنى 8، الدور الأرضى.

على أن يتم تسجيل اسم الطالب في خانة المودع وتسليم أصل الايصال

 

3 –   توقيع الطالب وولى الأمر لتعهد الطالب وولى الأمر الخاص بالالتزام بالقواعد والسياسات الأكاديمية والسلوكية، وطلب تأكيد الالتحاق بالجامعة.

4 –  توقيع الكشف الطبى داخل الجامعة .

 

 ملاحظات : 

• يعتبر القبول بالجامعة قبولاً مبدئياً حتى يتم مراجعة المجلس الأعلى للجامعات الخاصة والأهلية لجميع المستندات والتأكد من استيفائها التوثيقات وشروط القبول وحينها يتم تسجيل الطالب رسمياً بالجامعة.

• فى حالة اكتشاف أى تزوير أو الإدلاء ببيانات غير صحيحة فى أى من المستندات المقدمة للجامعة أو لاحقاً من قبل المجلس الأعلى للجامعات الخاصة فستعرض الطالب وولى أمره إلى المساءلة القانونية.

Procedures for accepting students for the fall semester 2023:

– You will receive a message on the Email Account used in the university application with the date set for submitting your documents at the university headquarters, and please adhere to the assigned date.

– The following procedures must be followed to change your  initial acceptance into a final acceptance at the university:

1- Submit the following documents at the admission and registration office at the headquarters of Alamein International University (inside a plastic case) building 8, Ground Floor.

• The original + a copy of high school certificate or transcript addressed to Alamein International University,  for Egyptian degree graduates and  the original + a copy of attested and approved Arab or foreign certificates and the study sequence according to the nature of each certificate.
• Original +  a copy of recent mechanized birth certificate.
• 2 copies of the national ID for Egyptian students Or 1 copy of the passport for non-Egyptian students.
• Copy of the student’s guardian National ID.
• 6 personal photos of the student of size 4 * 6 with white background (student full name should be written at the back of each photo).
• Form 2 Gond and Form 6 or 7 Gond for male students.
• A plastic case.

 

2- Payment of Tuition Fees & the following fees:

• Payment of the tuition fees for the fall 2023 semester according to the program in which  you’re accepted with a separate receipt.
• Payment of the medical examination fees.
• Payment of the administrative fees.
• Payment of military education fees including uniform for male students.
• Payment of the military education camp fees, including accommodation and transportation.
• Payment of the English language placement test fees.

The student’s name should be written in the depositor name field and the original receipt will be submitted.

 

3- The student’s and guardian’s signature as an official commitment of the student and his guardian to adhere to the academic and behavioural rules and policies, and also a request to confirm enrolment at the university.

4- Medical Examination will be held at University headquarters.

 

 Remarks:

● Admission to the university is considered a preliminary acceptance until the Supreme Council of Private and National Universities reviews all documents and ensures that they meet the documentation and admission requirements, and then the student is officially registered at the university.

● In the event of discovering any forgery or stating incorrect data in any of the documents submitted to the university or later by the Supreme Council of Private and National Universities, the student and his guardian will be subject to legal accountability.
