Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Essam Elkordi, President of Alamein International University, and Professor Dr. Hesham Gaber, Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Health Promotion Club successfully conducted the first session of the First Aid training course on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for university students on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
The session was supervised and led by:
– Professor Dr. Ayman Khanfour – Director of the Public Health Program
– Dr. Louay Hosni – Director of the University’s Medical Administration
This course aims to enhance health awareness and develop first aid skills among students and participants, enabling them to handle emergency situations efficiently and effectively. The session included intensive practical training and real-life applications to reinforce fundamental first aid concepts, such as CPR, choking management, and emergency injury response, equipping participants with the ability to act correctly in critical situations.
This training represents a valuable opportunity to acquire both practical and scientific skills in healthcare, allowing participants to play a more active role in their communities, both academically and in their daily lives.
