Biography

Dr. Ahmed Shalaby is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at Alamein International University. He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Alexandria University and his Ph.D. from Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST). His professional experience includes roles at Mentor Graphics and Intel Mobile Communications, as well as research fellowships at E-JUST and the National University of Singapore. Dr. Shalaby has developed and taught courses in Embedded Systems and has published over 60 research papers in areas such as hardware security, low-power circuit design, and high-performance VLSI circuits. Additionally, he has been an active member of the IEEE Alexandria Student Branch and IEEE Young Professionals, contributing to various educational programs and events.
