Prof. Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary General of the Association of Arab Universities ,Prof. Dr.Essam ElKordi, President of Alamein International University and Prof.Dr. Ghassan Aouad, President of
Applied Science University in Bahrain participated as representatives of the Association of Arab Universities (AArU),via video conference in the preparatory meeting for a Global Forum (GF) of Higher Education Associations, organised by the European University Association (EUA).
The meeting discussed the TOR of the Forum and the proposals made by the participating associations .
It was also agreed that the Global Forums will be held on the margins of the World Higher Education Conference(WHEC) which is expected to be held in Barcelona from 18 to 20 May 2022.
The Golobal forum aims to bring together regional University Associations, from around the globe, in order to exchange their experience and collaborate with each other. 32 representatives from university associations around the world participated in the preparatory meeting.
