Alamein International University has become a member of the Association of Islamic Universities League, following the decision of the 12th conference of the Association of Islamic Universities, which was held in Mecca on May 15, 2023, to accept the university as a member of the association.

AIU’s membership in the association is a step towards enhancing cooperation with Islamic universities League around the world, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experiences in various fields of education, research, and community service, and contributing to the association’s efforts to promote Islamic values and serve the common interests of the Islamic world.

The Association of Islamic Universities is an international Islamic institution established in 1969, with over 200 members from universities and higher education and research institutions worldwide. The association provides studies in the fields of Islamic and Arabic sciences, in addition to scientific research in these areas.
