Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Essam Elkordi- President of Alamein International University and Prof. Dr. Hesham Gaber- Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs , the Faculty of Engineering, headed by Prof. Dr. Remon Iskandar -Director of Engineering Programs and the supervision of Dr. Heba Jahin and Dr. Ayman EL-Zamarani organized a site visit to Sultan Hassan Mosque, EL-Refai Mosque, Islamic monuments in EL-Mo’ez Street on Saturday- December 24, 2022 for the students of 2nd , 3rd level in Architecture Engineering Science Program, within the course of History and Theories of Islamic Architecture.
This site visit comes within the framework of site and scientific visits, in order to link the theoretical courses with practical applications, and to support the theoretical and applied concepts about the Islamic history of Egypt where scientific site visits are considered as one of the most important aspects of the educational objectives of the university, as well as one of the most important educational ways to broaden the horizons of students and strength the linking between courses and practical aspects to emphasize the practical experiences in theoretical courses through those site visits.
