Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Essam ElKordi, President of Alamein International University, and Prof. Dr. Hisham Jaber, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and to activate the memorandum of cooperation between Alamein International University and the International Business Driving License Foundation (IBDL), first and second level students of the Faculty of Business were trained on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, to develop their abilities in many skills. This training aims to develop their abilities in, Negotiation Skills, Leadership Skills, Strategic Thinking Capabilities, Communication Skills, Organization Skills, and Planning Capabilities by the latest simulation methodologies in practice nowadays.The IBDL certified trainers, Dr. Mohamed Abdel Karim, and Dr. Mohamed Rashad, divided the students into teams, upon which each team represented a country’s government. Through planning and role distribution within the team, the government should achieve a specific target according to its resources.This simulation improves students’ skills and promotes teamwork.
