New agreements and protocols of collaboration have been signed between Alamein International University and the University of Louisville

In a continuation of fruitful international collaborations, new agreements and protocols of collaboration have been signed between the American side, under the leadership of Dr. Lori Gonzalez, the Interim President of the University of Louisville (UofL), and the Egyptian side, under the leadership of Dr. Mohammad Ayman Ashour, the Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for University Affairs. This collaboration encounters a set of Governmental Egyptian Universities under the umbrella of the previously signed agreement of international collaboration with Alamein International University (AIU), under the leadership of Dr. Essam Elkordi, the President of the AIU. It is worth noting that this collaboration encounters B.Sc programs under 2+2 with five Egyptian Universities. Namely, Mansoura University, Alexandria University, Assuit University, Benha University, and Helwan University. Attendees from the American side were: Dr. Lori Gonzalez, the Interim President of the UofL, Dr. Thomas Rockaway, Associate Dean, Programs and Initiatives, Director of Center for Infrastructure Research, Professor, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Dr. Emmanuel Collins, the Dean of the Speed School of Engineering at the UofL, Dr. Ayman El-Baz, the Chair of the Department of the Bioengineering at the UofL, and Dr. Guruprasad Giridharan, the Associate Chair of the Department of the Bioengineering at the UofL. While the attendees from the Egyptian side were as follows: Dr. Mohammad Ayman Ashour, the Minister’s of Higher Education and Scientific Research Deputy for University Affairs, Dr. Essam Elkordi, the President of the AIU, Dr. Rouchdy Zahran, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of AIU, Dr. Ashraf Bakr, the President of Mansoura University, Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, the President of Alexandria University, Dr. Tarek El-Gammal, the President of Assiut University, Dr. Gamal Sosa, the President of Benha University, Dr. Mamdouh Mahdi, the President of Helwan University, and Dr. Nadia Badrawi, Professor Emeritus of Pediatrics at Cairo University and a member of the board of trustees of AIU.
