University Housing Director

Job Information:

  • Job Title: University Housing Director
  • Job Location: Alamein International University, New Alamein City, Matrouh Governate 
  • Job Nature: Full-time.
  • Working Hours: Weekly Shift Exchanges
  • Contract Duration: one year contract, renewable based on performance evaluation and university needs.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of University Housing.
  • Supervising University Housing staff.
  • Housing of students and staff in university campus.
  • Applying university regulations.
  • Follow up the performance of security and cleaning contractors
  • Manage maintenance needs for University Housing.
  • Managing and planning for emergencies in University Housing.
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or sociology from an accredited university or institute, (Other university majors are accepted in case of relevant experience).
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in supervising university housing.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in university housing.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations.
  • Leadership, communication, positivity and collaboration skills.
  • Good command of English, verbal / written.
  • Applicant must hold Egyptian citizenship.

Assessment Method:

Short listed candidates will be invited for interview and computer and English exams.
