Dr. Essam ElKordi, President of Alamein International University, and Dr. Hesham Gaber, Vice President for Academic Affairs, extend their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Dr. Mustafa ElNainay, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, special thanks to Dr. Islam Elgedawy, associate Professor and Quality and Accreditation Coordinator at the Faculty, for his efforts in managing the international accreditation project, to all faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff of the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering, as well as all faculty members, teaching assistants, and staff across the university’s departments, on the successful conclusion of the evaluation visit by the ABET international accreditation committee for the Computer Science program — completed successfully.
Applying for international accreditation is a significant milestone that affirms the academic excellence of Alamein International University and strengthens global recognition of its educational programs, reinforcing the university’s position as a leading academic institution with world-class standards.
The university also extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Ayman El-Baz, member of the Board of Trustees and Head of the Bioengineering Department at the University of Louisville, USA, for his continuous support and valuable contributions throughout all stages of preparation and progress toward international accreditation.
Special thanks are also due to the External Advisory Board of the program for their outstanding efforts in reviewing and developing the academic process and aligning it with the needs of the labor market and industry, thereby contributing to the preparation of graduates equipped with the skills necessary for market.
The university further congratulates the students for their distinguished achievements and active role in showcasing the university’s excellence through the presentation of their projects and activities during the visit, appreciating their efforts which reflect a spirit of creativity and belonging to Alamein International University.
