  • Building Coordinator

Job Information:

  • Job Title: Building Coordinator
  • Job Location: Alamein International University, New AlAlamein City, Matrouh Governate 
  • Job Nature: Full Time
  • Working Hours: 9am-4pm, Sunday to Thursday, in addition to any assignments.  
  • Contract Duration:  one year contract, renewable based performance evaluation and university needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a regular site walk to monitor a specific building condition and report to the senior engineer all maintenance issues.
  • Supervise the accessibility and requirements of classrooms and ensure all education tools are in good condition.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team.
  • Do the administrative and reporting tasks as needed.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the administration.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachler degree from accredited university / high school /diploma / Bachelor
  • Maximum age 45 in 1/1/2026.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in FM coordination.
  • Computer and software skills include MS Word and MS Excel
  • knowledge of the safety hazards of work and of the necessary safety precautions
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates.
  • FMS experience and electromechanical background is a plus.
  • Proactive and welling to learn.
  • Applicant must hold Egyptian citizenship.

Assessment Method:

Short-listed candidates will be invited for interviews and exams.
