AIU Signs Cooperation Agreements with Three Major Companies to Support Student Training and Career Readines

Under the patronage of Dr. Essam Elkordi, President of Alamein International University, and Dr. Hesham Gaber, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and as part of the university’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships with industry and energy institutions, Alamein International University has signed joint cooperation agreements with Egyptian Projects Operation and Maintenance Company (EPROM), Alexandria Carbon Black Company (ACPA), and Mohamed Aglan Energy Services Company (MAESC).

The agreements aim to support students’ practical training, enhance their professional skills, and bridge the gap between academic study and labor market requirements.

These agreements come within the framework of the university’s strategy to build strong ties with leading industrial and productive institutions. They are expected to provide distinguished field training opportunities for students, implement joint programs in technical and vocational training, facilitate the exchange of academic and practical expertise, and create new pathways for the employment of outstanding graduates.

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of the three companies. Representing Egyptian Projects Operation and Maintenance Company (EPROM) were Eng. Hossam Asaad, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, along with the accompanying delegation.

Representing Alexandria Company for Petroleum Additives (ACPA) was Eng. Salah Gaber Bahnasy, Chairman and Managing Director, accompanied by his delegation.

Representing Mohamed Aglan Energy Services Company (MAESC) was Eng. Mohamed Mohy El Sayed Aglan, Chairman of the Board, together with the accompanying delegation.

From Alamein International University, the ceremony was attended by Prof.. Mohamed Salem, Director of the Faculty of Basic Sciences Programs, Dr. Mohamed Nabil, and Dr. Ahmed Daghidy.

Dr. Essam Elkordi emphasized that these partnerships represent a fundamental pillar of the university’s strategy to deliver advanced applied education that connects academic knowledge with practical experience. He added that cooperation with major companies opens broad horizons for students to gain real-world experience that enables them to compete strongly in the job market.

Dr. Hesham Gaber added that the university is keen to build an integrated educational system based on partnership with industrial institutions. This contributes to the continuous development of academic programs and ensures the graduation of qualified professionals equipped with the skills required to keep pace with technological advancement and the modern labor market.
